For over 25 years, Tim has been managing the marketing and development of digital products and programs for clients, including Ford, IBM, Avaya, Dove, SiriusXM, J&J, Nestle, MetLife, and Kraft. Tim’s expertise is in leading digital innovation grounded in effective and efficient marketing strategy. His creative and innovative approach to digital has been recognized by various industry awards and notables, including Cannes, Clios, One Show, IAB Mixx Awards, Webbys, FWA, and Awwwards. Tim is also a frequent guest lecturer on Interactive Media at the University of Miami, School of Communication, and a mentor for undergrad students working at the University of Miami’s on-campus student-run agency, Orange Umbrella. Tim holds an MBA in Marketing from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.

With more than 15 years of marketing and business development experience, Rose helps law firms and professional services organizations elevate their marketing strategies. Previously, she led business development and strategic marketing communications efforts for one of the fastest-growing Am Law 100 firms, advising at the firm, practice, and attorney levels across both business and consumer-facing practices. Rose holds an MBA in finance, which allows her to effectively connect data to strategy, ensuring marketing efforts drive results.

Bekky has served in a project management role for 12+ years at ICVM Hawk. With an early career start in print production, and an additional 7 years of experience as a Production Designer, she has worked across both print and web projects for a variety of clients. Her pragmatic and methodical approach to projects, matched with an aptitude for creativity, sets her apart. Bekky is a dedicated team player, always striving for success and looking out for the best interests of her clients. She holds a BA of Fine Arts from LIU Post.

With over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, Jae has led technology strategies and digital transformations across multiple industries, including automotive, government, and enterprise web applications. He has played a key role in developing dealership application suites, optimizing sales, finance, and service operations to enhance efficiency and profitability.

Jae has extensive experience in custom web solutions, cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, and enterprise security. He is passionate about modernizing legacy systems, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to drive business success. His work has helped organizations enhance operational efficiency, improve scalability, and stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

With over 10 years of experience across industries like IT, Telecommunications, Banking, Law, Healthcare, and E-commerce, Diego has honed his expertise in Agile project management and client relations.
